Refund & Return Policy

At PakWalk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If things don’t go as planned, here is how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
- Innerwear or socks (if the seal is broken).
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Items purchased during a "Final Clearance" sale.
4. How to Start a Return

Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect).
5. Refunds & Processing
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 5–7 business days.
- Note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. In these cases, PakWalk will cover all shipping costs to send you a replacement.
